Yuan-Ti, from the core Monster Manual. Make them aquatic/amphibious and change their look slightly.

There's also a Warcraft d20 game which I'm sure contains exactly what you're looking for, though they may not be properly balanced for use against characters of 3.5 classes.

Yuan-Ti, from the core Monster Manual. Make them aquatic/amphibious and change their look slightly.

Note: this does not mean they are in the SRD. A few creatures were considered intellectual property and therefore were specifically called out as exemptions to the OGL. Yuan-Ti are among their numbers, as are beholders, illithids, and for some inexplicable reason umber hulks.

Uhm, why look for a replacement when there's an actual Naga in the SRD

Probably because the nagas in Warcraft look a lot more like yuan-ti.

Ill check the Yuan-Ti.

The naga from oriental adventures arent the same of the SRD but 3.0, right?

Cause the nagas from SRD are just a big anaconda with an old lady face.

Oriental Adventures Naga are like Centaurs or merpeople, with snake below the waste.

I've always been more shocked at illithids honestly, pretty clearly derivatives of Lovecraft, much of whose works are now in the public domain. Oh well, they added enough proprietary elements to claim copyright :smallmad:
