It's a combination of two things. I modified the spoiler code to accept optional input, and I made a new button for that.
The new button is temporary, however. It's only to overcome a technical limitation. In the future, it will be just one button, and if you press OK with an empty text box, it will generate a normal spoiler box. At the moment, if you press OK with an empty text box, you get nothing - thus, we need a button for each.

Admittedly it's not really very intuitive.
