Dragonwrought Kobold Character

So, I'm looking to make a Dragonwrought Kobold Fighter based off of the blue dragon. Just like the one in the Races of the Dragon book on page 100. This is what I have come up with:

As for the Powerful Charge, my DM is allowing a d4 for small, and Fighter can take any feat for a bonus feat. He's a pretty open DM. Anywho, anyone want to throw some cool ideas at me go for it. Essentially, a flying kobold that wields a spear and has the lightning breath weapon.
