Hello, I'm starting to play a sorcerer fire-damage oriented and have feats and traits to use fireball as my "signature spell" at the top of its possibility.
How can I cast fireball with a number of D6 that is not limited at 10? Intensified spells is good but I remember something that allow you to use a number of dice equal to your level (was a feat, a trait, a bloodline power???)
I remember correctly or not?

No other feat that I can think of, but if you have Metamagic Mastery will grant you +1 of free Metamagic to play with for your fireball, and there's another one that will also grant 1 free +1 which means you can use +2 worth of metamagic on your fireball without it counting towards your higher end spellslots.

There are two traits that can help you, Magical Lineage (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/traits/magic-traits/magical-lineage) and Wayang Spellhunter (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/traits/regional-traits/wayang-spellhunter-minata), the latter is what Metamagic Master is actually called, it was renamed on the PFSRD because of license conflict.

Feats.
Spell Perfection (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/feats/general-feats/spell-perfection) works wonders when you want to specialize with one spell.
As does Greater Spell Specialization (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/feats/general-feats/greater-spell-specialization), but that is for wizards.
Eldritch Heritage (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/feats/general-feats/eldritch-heritage) is also quite useful, as you can add that Orc or Draconic bloodline, to make those balls of fire hurt.
Dazing Spell is a feat I consider a must have for Fireball specializing blasters, it makes Fireball not suck.
Burning Spell (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/feats/metamagic-feats/burning-spell-metamagic), while not that powerful, works wonders against casters, as they are forced to roll a concentration check when hit by a DOT. Of course Disruptive Spell (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/feats/metamagic-feats/disruptive-spell-metamagic) is a cheaper, and therefore better, solution to that problem.

A feat/trait combo.
Havoc of the Society (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/traits/magic-traits/havoc-of-the-society-sorcerer-pathfinder-society) together with Toppling Spell (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/feats/metamagic-feats/toppling-spell-metamagic) is also a nice combo, besides, the trait helps tremendously in making Dazing Spell work.

A feat/feat combo is the Rime Spell (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/feats/metamagic-feats/rime-spell-metamagic) with Elemental Spell (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/feats/metamagic-feats/elemental-spell-metamagic). Rime spell is fantastic, as it does not allow for a saving throw, just that the enemy has to take cold damage. Again, a bit easier for the Wizard with the Admixture school power.

Eldritch Heritage (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/feats/general-feats/eldritch-heritage) is also quite useful, as you can add that Orc or Draconic bloodline, to make those balls of fire hurt.

Eldritch heritage does not give you the Arcana of the chosen Bloodline.
Only bloodline powers.

Also, you cannot take 2 of the same "type" of traits. So Havoc of Society, or Magical Lineage.
Choose...wisely...
