Outsider PC races

I have an idea for a character build but it needs to be an Outsider, preferably native and non-good. Can anyone recommend a decent outsider race or template that doesn't have a crippling LA?

Neraphim (http://www.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/iw/20040613a&page=2) are 0 LA outsiders.

(Or you could play Pathfinder)

The other two Outsider options without LA are Savage Progression Aasimar/Tiefling (http://www.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/sp/20040213a).

I would have thought there'd be more than that for LA0 outsiders. Tiefling is the most suitable for entering Mortal Hunter thematically I guess, though I like the idea of playing an evil Aasimar.

Player's Guide to Faerun has the Otherworldly regional feat, but that only works with Deep Imaskari, elves, or spirit folk.

Glimmerfolk from Dragon #321 are LA +0 native outsiders.

Ghost from Ghostwalk is template with LA +0.

Technically, LA of White Slaad is also +0, but 24 HD...

Buoman are also LA 0 and in the planar handbook I recall.

Lesser Planetouched are by RAW LA+0, but it is unlikely to be intended and instead most DM's rule as reducing existing LA by 1.

if homebrew is allowed, the Alu-fiend race i created (see signature) has really interesting applications in espionage/city-based campaigns. Has a +2 LA though.

Woops, forgot the type change. Any outsider can be made into a native creature, using the naturalizaed denizen feat from UA.
