A recent question came up recently while I was discussing different prestige classes with my DM, and I came across a thought he didn't know the answer to....nor did the books to my knowledge apparently.
If a person is poisoned or diseased, but then granted...temporary disease and poison immunity (the ability in question granting this being Song of Life from the Seeker of the Song), would it eliminate said poison or disease from the body? Or just shield them from its effects until the immunity ends?
