Some friend of mine who was DM for a game set in his own homebrew world created a legend about a party of six adventurers who managed to reach high Epic level status and became Hero-Gods (well, only one of them became a real deity, but all of them are regarded as demi-deities in their homeworld).

I was told their race, gender, alignment, basic class or classes and general personality, but not their specific build (they weren't supposed to be ever met by the party, they were just a legend and a plot tool) but I would like to pick their class levels and choose a build for them just for fun.

We use a modified version of 3.5: Every character receives a feat every uneven level, and we use Pathfinder's skills.

The six of them have 30 character levels.

The first is a N/NG Male Gnome Wizard/Archivist/Mystic Theurge/Archmage and maybe some other PrC. Gnomes are the best Humanoid Arcane Casters in this setting, but they like to keep a low profile and be unassuming.
This is the guy who used Wish to get a scroll of Simulacrum of an Advanced Efrit and used its Wish spell-like ability to get a ton of Rings of Three Wishes, Manuals of Golem Creation, Tomes of Clear Thought, Tomes of Understanding, Scrolls of Demiplane Seed and more Simulacrum Scrolls. He's the guy who rediscovered Epic Magic, and currently lives in his own Demiplane, making the gods tremble in fear of what he can be doing there.

The second is a LG Male Human Paladin/Cleric with the Serenity and Intuitive Attack feats and several Prestige Classes. His build is Wisdom-focused and completely optimized for killing Evil stuff, he didn't care if he wasn't good at fighting other creatures.
This character killed a bunch of very powerful Evil Outsiders, redeemed a chunk of the Abyss that used to be part of Mount Celestia and became a Demigod. He currently lives in Mt. Celestia and leads a religion focused on the worship of the High Planes themselves.

The third is a NG Female Hybsil, reincarnated in a Centaur body, Druid 20/Planar Shepherd 10, who roams Shurrock, Eronia and the Beastlands. She protects those layers and often acts to block planar invasions of the Prime Material.

The fourth is a CG Female Human (Alu-demon?). She's a Sorceress/Spirit Shaman/Mystic Theurge/Exalted Arcanist, with several Birthright Bloodline Feats.
She was CN for most of her life, and the other members of the team were scared to death of her, thinking that she would go Evil Sorceress on their asses any day, but she remained loyal, and she even became Good (probably becasue her only friends were all Good, and they were doing good deeds all the time, so some of it rubbed on her), and surprise of surprises, she went beyond that and became Exalted.
She's currently part of a big pile of naked Elves, Nymphs, Dryads, Satyrs, Fauns, Nereids, Syrens, Djinni, Nixies, Pixies, Grigs, Centaurs, Lillends, Asuras, Devas, Planetars, Solars, Titans, Storm Giants, Cloud Giants, Elven Gods, Olympic Gods, Metallic Dragons, Pegasus and Unicorns doing naughty things somewhere in Arborea.

The fifth is a N/NG Dwarven Prince. He has levels of Barbarian, Warblade and some Prestige Classes (Frenzied Berseker?). He took the crown after both his dad and his older brother died, and decided that the best way to help his people was to exterminate with his own hands all their Evil subterranean enemies. Since he's a warrior type and not a caster it is taking longer than planned. He has become a horror story for the Derros, Duergar, Drow, Illithid, Aboleths...etc.

The Sixth is a CG Female Human Rogue or maybe Rogue/Ranger build. She was very good at the whole Skillmonkey/Scout/Backstabbing stuff, but she soon became the weakest member of the group, growing jealous and bitter. She has a Guardian Ship (Dragon Magazine 333) fitted with all kind of enhancements: Planar Helm (Stormwrack), Everfull Sails (Stormwrack), Cloud Keel (Arms and Equipment Guide), Major Spelljamming Helm (Spelljammer 3.5), Pendant of Teleportation (like Boots of Teleportation; the ship is a sentient construct and can use magical items).
She explores the Planes and other Crystal Spheres.

I'm curious about which build do you think most appropiate for a Epic team of veteran adventurers an hero-gods.
