I'm making an 11th level diviner soon, so I was wondering what are some good feats/PrC/ACFs/Heck, Base Classes to make this character?

On the off chance you're playing PF, an Oracle with the Occult mystery seems fitting with a prestige into Harrower.

If you're playing 3.5, I'm going to recommend Divination-Specialist Wizard 3/Master Specialist 2/Divine Oracle 3/Loremaster 1/Fatespinner 2. Plenty of Divination to be had here, with great ways to boost your chances for succeeding on a given Divination attempt.

Spontaneous Diviner Wizard 11?

My personal favorite way to be a Diviner is to just take the Spontaneous Divination ACF from Complete Champion to just be something else and get Divinations essentially for free and only when you need them.

Another good Diviner type character is to go for Unseen Seer with Rogue/Wizard to be good at discovery with the Divination spells and then ridiculously good at infiltration, information gathering, and assassination with Hunter's Eye and good skills and spells.

Of course, for a literal Diviner, or anyone casting Scrying and Divination spells, Divine Oracle 3 is a must have, to be able to roll twice on your Divination spells, as well as "Evasion" that works in any armor.

Other than that, you should try to focus on shoring up your in-combat ability, as Divination is usually the school you use when NOT in combat, and the few good ones (Unluck, Alter Fortune, True Strike) that you can use in combat well don't really affect enemies or slow them down, just prevent bad things from occurring. I'd generally recommend against Specializing/Focused Specializing in Divination unless you know what you're going to do with it.

Actually if your schtick is a Diviner, and not "Wizard who occasionally can find stuff out", I'd suggest Cleric. Cleric generally gets faster access to better and safer divinations with broader use, typically.

Also you avoid that "Diviners suck in combat" by the fact that you're still a plate armor wearing warrior who can chuck Celestial Beasts/Boom Spells/Buffings out without really losing anything build wise for that capability.
