hello again.if someone want to merge 2 third eyes he must pay x1.5 for the second?can you do this?for example third eye clarity and third eye freedom.

Yes, you can, and that's exactly what it does.

Well you can, if your DM consents. As the pricing is only a guideline, custom magic items can get a different cost by each DM.

I don't remember where but somewhere its says the cost for merge 2 item abilities in one item is x1.5.Or this is only in bracers? i don't remember :)

Third Eyes occupy a specific slot on the body (goggles), hence it will cost 1.5x.

To elaborate, the cost increase applies only to items that occupy a body slot.

The MIC explicitly states that you can do this, and it's suggested as such in the DMG. According to the MIC, you multiply the cost of all abilities you have except the most expensive one you've added to date. It also lists a number of items (mostly save-boosters and ability score-boosters) that have no markup multiplier and do not count when you're figuring out which abilities to multiply.
