[3.5] Making Demodragon

How would people suggest building Demodragon (http://www.dungeonsdragonscartoon.com/2009/07/demodragon.html) using 3.X legal rules?

The tentacles can be done through half-farspawn, but not sure how to get a red and blue (or white) dragon head on the same body? The Multiheaded template doesn't seem to allow for mix-n-matching heads.

Maybe Multiheaded Half-Farspawn Half-blue Red Dragon?

Look at his hooves, I wouldn't use Dragon, as it clearly has no claw attacks and no wings. Half-Farspawn has only two tentacles, that guy has many tentacles. I'd say a Hydra would be more fitting for the base creature, but replace all but two of its heads with tentacles and give it a +2 CR increase for one Cryo-head and one Pyro-head. Make each head's breath weapon deal 3d6 damage per half its original number of heads, so its total breath damage is still equal what a normal pyro- or cryo-hydra of its original number of heads would deal.

Note that it would be incredibly vulnerable to having its heads severed. I would require 5 fire damage (not acid) to stop the Cryo-head from regrowing but give it fire resistance 30, and require 5 cold damage (not acid) to stop the Pyro-head from regrowing and give it cold resistance 30. The body would still be immune to both elements per Pyro- and Cryo-Hydra. A severed tentacle would grow back two unless 5 acid damage were dealt to the stump.

You could use the Multiheaded template with the Monster of Legend of template to get a two-headed monster with two different breath weapons. Can't think of a way to get more tentacles off the top of my head.
