Soulmelds and Wildshape

Quick question playgrounders:

I have read through the rules and reached the conclusion that a wildshaped druid/totemist would still have his soulmelds affect him while wildshaped unlike magic items.

Am I correct?

Correct, soulmelds are not magic items and thus are not subject to melding.

Furthermore, animals tend to have all the same chakras as bipedal humanoids.
