A bloated figure shambles towards you, one hand over its stomach. As it steps into the light, you can see the rotten flesh peeling away from the hideous undead’s swollen frame. Most disturbingly, the creature has a gapping hole in its gut, one which is constantly overflowing with rotting plants and animals, some of them whole, some of them in chunks.
The Rotgut is a disturbing undead, created from the corpses of the extremely gluttonous whose hunger did not end in death.
Rotguts understand any language they spoke in life, but can only speak very simple sentences, due to their rotten tongue and lips.
Combat
The Rotgut, barring the guidance of a Necromancer or undead controlling Cleric, will not use any tactics more complex than rushing at the closest opponent and attacking them until they are down, before moving to the next adversary. They will, however, use their Torrent of Rot if overwhelmed
Torrent of Rot (Su)
As a standard action, once per hour, a Rot Gut can spray a rancid and acidic mixture from its gut. 20ft cone, damage 1d8 acid and 1d8 bludgeoning.
Driven by Sin (Su)
Rotguts are driven by an unholy force which drives them beyond what their for could normally sustain. In game terms, Rotguts can continue to fight even after they reach 0 hit points, once they reach -10 hit points, their body crumbles into dust.
