Greetings! I'm running a fey oriented campaign. At least fey themed in this arc, which has been rather lengthy.

The party is deep within a fey forest, almost done with their mission. However, there is an underlying tone about a possible attack by a group of Unseelie Fey, straight from the Winter Court. The chances of such a clash are nil to none- especially since the party is about to be ECL 11. However, in the off chance that much later, certain in-game conditions are met, there is a possibility that the party may have to take on some of these mad, evil fey.

Here are some of the ones I have built already. please bear i mind that they have not seen play at all. Maybe never, but if they do, it will be once the party is high enough level.

Half fey Frostwind Virago (MM5) sor5/frostmage 10 (I know. It's silly that a fey would be a half fey, but the idea of some cold ice princess with large frozen butterfly wings is too good to pass.)

Ragewalker (MM3) Brb1/Ftr1/Rgr3/HW10. A tripper build, designed to confuse and enrage his enemies while getting as many AoO as possible.

Unseelie Jaebrin (MM5) Beguiler10/Shadow Adept7. I found a FR template the Unseelie fey, which gives them wings and a power dependent on the time of year they are themed after- in his case, Autumn. This one has bat wings. Which go well with his illustration in the book and the whole over sized jaw.

Julajimus (MM2) Rog2/Nightmask Deathbringer 6. This one is an aberration, not a fey, but its fluff screams evil child snatching/killing fey, so I included it in the group. This one is actually a current optional side quest for the party, since, unlike the three mentioned above, it is in the woods where the party is, but only comes out at night.

Those four are all I have so far. The Virago is the main threat. the "leader" of this small Unseelie faction, but I would like some other classed fey that can fit thematically here, since the party: paladin/cleric, paladin/wiz/abj champ., beguiler, conjurer, and dragon shaman have been doing rather well and would like to have some weaker members of this faction come down and probably take on them alone or in a group.

Any ideas and criticisms are more than welcome.

Thank you for your time.

Heroes of Horror has the Bog Imp and Gray Jester, both evil fey.

Dragon Compendium has the Unseelie Fey template, with a choice of four different aspects for the four seasons. The winter aspect makes it so any adjacent opponent takes a penalty to saves equal to the unseelie fey's Cha bonus.

A Devious Gloura (http://www.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/ex/20031003e) could be useful if the PCs find themselves underground. Go with some X Stat to Y Bonus (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showthread.php?t=125732) tricks for Cha, for example Cobra-Strike (Chaos) Monk (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/variant/classes/variantCharacterClasses.htm#cobraStrike) 2 with Ascetic Mage into Arcane Duelist (http://www.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/re/20030224a) for Cha to AC two more times, and note how Dextrous Attack would work with two-handed Power Attack. You can also include Blackguard 3 for Divine Might and qualifying for a Mystic Wanderer (MoF) dip, to get Cha to saves and AC again. Give it a two-handed piercing weapon such as a Ranseur or Halberd, and have it make dive attacks (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/specialAbilities.htm#fly) (humanoid-shaped flyers can use any piercing weapon for those (https://www.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/iw/20060105b&page=1)), two-handed Power Attacking for its full BAB and using Dextrous Attack for its full BAB. Throw in Paladin of Slaughter (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/variant/classes/variantCharacterClasses.htm#paladinVariantsFreedom SlaughterAndTyranny) 2 as well, and put a Wand of Rhino's Rush in a Wand Chamber of its weapon to double charging damage, which would be triple damage with a dive attack.

Thank you very much for the tips and info!

I had no idea the Gloura even existed. with this build it should be a very interesting encounter, should the party ever fight her.

You should look at Goodman Games' Guide to Fey. It is one of my favorite third-party books.

Thank you so much for the pointer. This book has everything about fey and fey life. This will certainly give my campaign a lot more depth!
