[Romulus]

Romulus wakes up with a start.

[Wukei]

Mhina looks up at the stranger (Romulus), surprised, not knowing he was there.

[Fallon's Bedroom]
Fallon shakes her head. I don't know...

[Lykan]

Antony looks up as well confused

[Fallon's Room]

Luthien crawls over next to her

Can I help?

[Romulus]

He coughs, still feeling weakened.

"Aesa's going to kill me..."

[Wukei]

Mhina raises an eyebrow, questioningly.

[Fallon's Room]

Fallon shakes her head again. I don't know.

[Romulus]

"Wow...the power rush from attempting that though...."

Romulus seems to finally notice Mhina.

"Hi...?"

[Lykan]

Bridge has fallen asleep next Antony. He holds her hand in his, sighing

[Fallon's room]

Luthien rests a hand on her cheek, hoping she doesn't bite it off

[Wukei]

(*bursts out laughing*)

Mhina tries to speak but seems unable. She settles with waving, instead.

[Fallon's Room]

Fallon tenses and pulls away, obviously not used to physical contact other than carrying someone unconscious around or occassionally comforting her brothers.

[Romulus]

"Um...if you know Fallon....tell her that Romulus says thank you..."

[Lykan]

Antony doesn't pay much attention to the stranger, looking down at Bridge

She's very pretty...

[Fallon's Room]

Luthien doesn't move his hand any closer

I'm not going to hurt you...

[Wukei]

Mhina nods to Romulus and smiles at Antony, who obviously was feeling better.

[Fallon's Room]

Fallon shifts, uneasily. I know...it's just...I've...never been very close to anyone...

[Romulus]

Romulus nods and notices Anthony.

"You must be the one we went to retreive. Nice seeing you."

He quickly runs out the door and takes to the sky.

[Lykan]

Antony sighs

I'm sorry Bridge...

[Fallon's Room]

Luthien frowns

Hey... It's okay...

[Remus]

From outside the house, the rip reopens slightly.

[Wukei]

Bridge wakes up and looks up at Antony. You're awake!

Fallon shakes her head, No...It's rediculous...I'm fifty years old and I've never even hugged a guy...let alone kiss him, among other things...

Antony smiles and nods

Luthien smiles slightly

I don't mean to seem like I'm taking advantage of the situation... But I can help...

[Wukei]

Bridge smiles. I was so worried! I'm sorry I fell asleep!

Mhina smiles and stands, looking for Lykan.

Fallon tenses again, speechless.

Antony shrugs

It's alright... Stressful situation is cured easy by sleep.

Lykan appears to be asleep in their room

Luthein reaches a hand part of the way to Fallon again, waiting to see her reaction

Bridge looks him over, closely, But are you all right?

Mhina walks slowly over to the bed and places a hand on Lykan's shoulder.

Fallon seems unsure of the whole situation but reaches out a hand slowly as well, placing it on his chest. She leans into the caress, though she tenses.

[Lykan]

Antony looks at his hands, then back to Bridge

As far as I can tell... How's you?

Lykan shifts in bed, though he doesn't wake up

Luthein rests a hand on her cheek and kisses her on the lips. lightly

[Wukei]

She smiles. Oh, I'm just fine! She looks almost like she's going to say something else, but seems to lose the willpower.

Mhina shakes Lykan a bit.

Fallon seems to relax as he kisses her and returns the kiss.

[Lykan]

Antony's head lolls to one side

Okay...

He looks at the ground

I'm sorry about the way I treated you the other night...

Lykan doesn't wake up, though mutters something indistinct

Luthien carresses her softly as they kiss

[Wukei]

Bridge blushes. Oh...it's...not your fault. I was too forward...and...well I guess you didn't feel the same way. She looks down.

Mhina shakes Lykan more urgently.

(*leaves the other two to their own devices*)

Antony shakes his head

Your wrong.

Lykan's eyes snap open, his eyes glowing bright

Fallon's room door is shut and locked

Bridge blushes fiercely.

Mhina jumps back, surprised by the fact that his eyes are glowing.

Antony smiles

You alright?

Lykan shakes his head and his eyes go back to normal

Bridge nods rapidly. Uh-huh.

Mhina sits beside Lykan and takes his hands in hers.

[Remus]

The rip opens wide and someone similar looking to Romulus appears. He closes the portal behind him and flies off.

[Lykan]

Antony scootches closer to her

Relax... It's all right...

Lykan smiles

You doing okay?

[Wukei]

Bridge stops moving so much. Oh..uh...okay.

Mhina nods, kissing Lykan.

[Lykan]

Antony takes her hand and smiles slightly

Lykan smiles

Sorry... I had to take care of something...

[Wukei]

Bridge smiles, and if she had a tail, it'd probably be wagging. She squeaks, gleefully.

Mhina looks at him, questioningly.

Cassandra finishes whatever she was doing and walks back into Town.

[Lykan]

Antony beams and scooches right next to her, leans over, and kisses her on the lips

Lykan smiles slightly

I was helping a friend of mind... Or a friend of my da's, rather...

Bridge returns the kiss with a smile.

Mhina tries to speak but can't seem to find her voice. She looks sadly at him. She bites her lip, trying to figure out a way to explain all that she'd done wrong.

Antony grins, wrapping his arms around her waist

Lykan frowns

Bridge smiles and wraps her arms loosely around his neck.

Mhina motions to herself, then slices at her neck with her thumb, then points to the living room. She seems to be breathing a little quicker and tears roll down her cheeks.

Antony grins, wrapping his arms around her waist

Lykan frowns

[Wukei]

Antony eventually breaks the kiss, and smiles

Mhina tugs on his arm to try to get him to go somewhere someone can speak Common.

Bridge smiles and gives him a quick peck. Yea...it was.

Lykan allows himself to be tugged

Antony returns the gesture

No sense in ending a good thing, huh?

[Wukei]

Mhina leads Lykan into the front room and Bridge immediately backs away from Antony. Um, hello, Sir. Miss.

Lykan smiles slightly, catching a glimpse of what was going on

Bridge?

Antony bites his lip, looking at the ground

Mina tries to tell them to tell Lykan what happened, but she doesn't seem to know how to convey her thoughts.

Bridge smiles at Lykan and is about to speak when she sees Mhina's movements and frowns, worriedly.

[Lykan]

Lykan looks back at Mhina with a worried look on his face. Antony looks at his father, and appears to be speaking to him telepathically. Lykan bites his lip and hugs Mhina again

You did what you had to... It's not your fault.

[Wukei]

Mhina bursts into tears again and hugs Lykan.

[Lykan]

Antony stares at the ground, sadly

Lykan hugs Mhina close

[Wukei]

Bridge bites her lip, feeling like she's in the way.

Mhina clings to him, resting her head on his chest.

[Lykan]

Lykan continues to comfort Mhina

Antony looks back at Bridge and takes her hand, smiling sadly

Bridge smiles at Antony.

Mhina winces, holding her stomach and almost collapses to the floor.

[Lykan]

Lykan catches Mhina

What's wrong?

Antony looks over, worriedly

I'm not sure if I should stay and comfort mom or leave her alone...

[Wukei]

Mhina's fever seems to have gotten worse, and she clings to Lykan.

Bridge clears her throat, I think...it's just stress..

[Lykan]

Lykan bites his lip

Mhina... I think you should lay down...

Antony nods

That... And she's pregnant with Fallon.

[Wukei]

Mhina nods and walks slowly to the room she found Lykan in.

Bridge bites her lip in concern.

Lykan helps her to the bed, pulling the covers over her when she gets there

How do you feel? Is anything specific in pain?

Antony sighs and pecks her on the cheek

I guess we aren't needed here, then...

[Wukei]

Mhina smiles tiredly at Lykan and shakes her head, resting a hand over her stomach as she lays down.

Bridge smiles. I'm sure they want you here.

[Lykan]

Lykan smiles sadly, takes her hand and squeezes it

Okay...

Antony lies back on the ground, lookng at the ceiling

Nah... It seems they've got it under control...

[Wukei]

There's a difference between having it under control and wanting you here. Miss Mhina seems quite taken with you.

Mhina smiles at Lykan as she slowly falls asleep.

Antony sighs, smiling slightly

Yeah... I know... Yeah, I guess I can stay...

Lykan kisses her lightly on the forehead,sitting in the bed besides her

Bridge smiles and kisses Antony. I'm glad your family is back together.

[Lykan]

Antony smiles

He returns the kiss

I'm also glad you didn't leave...

Bridge smiles, blushing.

Antony smiles and kisses her again

I'm sorry for the way I've treated you in the past.

She shakes her head, It's okay...it wasn't completely you.

Antony raises an eyebrow

She shakes her head. Loki said something was wrong...that he could tell.

I'm sorry then... For whatever else may have been causing ill-effect.

She smiles. It's okay.

Antony smiles slightly

Bridge laughs smiling at him.

Mhina shifts uncomfortably in her sleep.

Lykan rests a hand on her cheek, trying to ease her pain a bit with some positive energy

Luthien comes out of his meditative state from where he sat on the floor. He smiles at Fallon

Mhina seems to relax at his touch.

Fallon tries to stand, but once again is hindered by whatever has happened to her leg.

Lykan smiles and kisses her lightly on the cheek

Fallon shakes her head. I don't know...

Luthein stands and comes over next to her

She shifts uneasily, but nods. She lifts her pantsleg and everything looks normal, at least on the outside.

Luthein bites his lip and casts Detect Magic, looking for something magical that may be causing the pain

[Wukei]

There doesn't seem to be anything magical about her.

[Lykan]

Luthien bites his lip

Where exactly does it hurt?

[Wukei]

She runs her hand over the back of her calf and then makes a face. It...doesn't feel like...there's a bone there...

[Lykan]

Luthien frowns

That's... Strange... It's not magic, and it can't be healed by magic...

[Wukei]

Fallon frowns. The void...

[Lykan]

Luthien looks at her questioninly, then his eyes widen

The bit of your leg is there...

[Wukei]

She sighs, looking away. I don't want anyone risking their lives...

[Lykan]

Lthien shakes his head

Nothing happened last time we were there... We just need to wait a bit for your brother to figure out how to get people back again.

[Wukei]

Nothing happened? Fallon looks absolutely frustrated.

Luthien sighs

Sorry. Just... Let's see if your brother can help with this, okay?

She sighs and collapses onto her bed again, burying her face in her pillow.

[Lykan]

Luthein rests a hand on her shoulder, goes to peck her on the cheek, but hesitates, sitting down besides the bed and sighing

I just don't want anyone else getting hurt...

[Lykan]

Luthien sighs

I'll see if I can go alone... Less people, less people hurt.

[Wukei]

Fallon shakes her head. No. I definitely don't want you hurt.

[Lykan]

Luthien smiles

I'll be fine.

Luthein frowns

She looks up at him. It's not one I'm willing to make.

Luthien's eyes narrow

So your allowed to risky things for others, but we aren't allowewd to risky things for you?

She shakes her head, That's not what I meant...

Luthien sighs

It would be worse for me if something happened to you...I'm fine, really.

Luthien sighs, resting a hand on her cheek

She shakes her head. I'm not in pain...I mean, it hurts to stand up, but it's not that it really hurts, so much as I can't hold it...

Luthien raises an eyebrow

She frowns. You've already seen me try to stand up.

He frowns

She smiles sadly, But I can't risk your health for my leg...

Luthien returns the smile

Fallon looks away, silently stewing.

She nods. Okay...

Luthien smiles, and his voice takes on a much more squeeky sound

Fallon raises an eyebrow at him.

Luthien looks at her questioningly

She shakes her head. Nevermind.

Luthien sighs, wrapping an arm around her

Demetrius comes backinto the house, spitting his dad's bag out of his mouth

three vaguely man-shaped, purple skinned creatures with thick grey hair in patches all over their bodies fly over the woods, eventually descending on a small, abandonned camp site.

Each creature has two leathery, bat-like wings spreading out from joins near the shoulders.
Their heads are small and round, with a massive, curved beaks full of sharp, jagged teeth.
They each wear leather straps with inch-long spikes protruding outwards on their wrists and ankles, and have long, clawed hands and feet.

It is quite clear that they are inherantly evil creatures, though by their behaviour, it is also clear that they are not that inteligent.

They tear the small camp apart, scavenging for food, then take roost up in the trees above.

*Atreyu wanders out of the woods and starts to head to Town, happily singing "Greensleeves."*

A large black wolf runs through the forest, following rivers and streams closely. This one too. This is most fascinating.

The wolf snarls a bit, but continues it's hunt along the rivers Just do your part as planned and all will work out. You'll see. You think me a fool, but I'll prove you wrong when I bring their broken corpses.

The wolf snarls and disappears into the mountains.

Lykan wakes up, and rests a hand on Mhina's cheek. He kisses her lightly, and leaves a note for her, claiming he'll be back soon. He then dissipears

Mhina wakes and looks up at Lykan in concern.

Lykan looks down at Mhina

She nods and sits up. She clings to him.

[Lykan]

Lykan hugs her, sighing

Are you feeling any better?

[Wukei]

She looks down and shakes her head, slowly.

[Lykan]

Can you tell me what's wrong?

She shakes her head, biting her lip.

[Lykan]

Lykan hugs her again

Please don't keep it inside Mhina... things like that can hurt you if you bottle them up.

She tries to speak but seems to have lost her voice. She looks down, sadly.

Lykan kisses hersoftly and hugs her

It's alright... Do you want me to get Antony for you?

She shakes her head.

Lykan bites his lip

She shakes her head then rests it on his shoulder.

You didn't do anything wrong, Mhina... And Demetrius and Fallon have managed to fix everything again, so everyone's alright... No one blames you for what you did.

Antony looks up from where he fell asleep on the floor, smiling when he sees bridge

Svadris and Thud come into the woods and make their way to the Shack.

Tehanu walks into the Woods, she sits down in a meadow, not even looking around. She draws one of her knives and just stares at it, Why?

Indurain steps into the woods, and finds Arha sitting contemplating her dagger.

"I knew I'd find you here." He pauses for a second to consider that statement. "I don't know how I knew, but I did. Where have you been? The palace has been lonely without you."

Arha looks up at him, "Just contemplating killing someone," as she tucks the dagger back away. She stands, brushes the dirt off her dress and walks over to him. She runs one finger down his chest, "Missed me already?" as she slowly smiles at him.

[Indurain]

"With every second you were gone." He says, leaning in close to nibble lightly on her ear. He pulls back suddenly.

"Wait...kill someone?"

[wxdruid]

Arha smiles and lightly pinches him as she turns her head to kiss him, "Yes, occasionally I desire to kill someone. As it turns out though, I'll let them live for a while longer. They deserve the pain of remaining alive."

[Indurain]

"Oh...sounds treacherous! I like it when you talk murdery! But I wish you'd let me in on one of your little plots sometime, sounds like it could be fun!" Indurain kisses Arha deeply. "And such a turn on too apparently." He says, looking down. "What say we get back to the palace?"

Arha smiles and presses her body up against his, "I love that idea, you really know how to please a girl," as she returns his kiss, putting her arms around him.

[Indurain]

"I've had practice." He says, allowing himself to be swept away by Arha's kiss and alluring smell.

After a long kiss, Arha releases Indurain and the two head off towards the palace, their hands roaming all over one another.

Aramir shadow jumps to a medow in the woods. He climbs high up into a tree and lays out on a branch, hidden in shadows.

[Kyrian]

Aramir wakes up and looks around. He sighs and closes his eyes again.

[B-Man]

Kain wanders shallowly into the woods until he is stopped by an NPC.

"So, you've fin'lly come fer yur trainin', eh Kain?" the NPC asks.
Yes, I have. You say that you noticed how someone with a curse similar to mine was able to control the increase in spiritual energy and not lose his self.
"Yes, I know how." the NPC says. "I now want you to release the seal."

Kain unwraps the wrappings on his arm and takes a dagger from his belt and cuts his arm. A pulse ripples through the air as a fiery glow begins to surround Kain.

Before the curse is able to develop any further, the NPC telepathically takes a grasp of Kain's mind.

In side Kain's mind, there is a fiery mirror. Faint images are able to be seen in the mirror, but a dominate figure is an inverse-coloured Kain. Kain walks up to the mirror and the inversed Kain (herein known as Dark Kain) grabs him into the mirror.

The NPC watches the events and shouts to Kain: "You must master yourself before you can master that curse of yours. Defeat yourself and you will be able to surpress your second nature."

Inside the mirror Kain prepares himself for battle. Dark Kain looks at him and laughs. You are foolish to come here willingly. You are weak. Allow me to return to Master Devian.

I will not submit to you anymore, but I need use of your power. I'm here so that I can destroy Devian.

The two Kains fight for control of Kain's body. Fire emits from Kain with random paths of destruction.

The NPC creates water and douces the flames as they appear. "This is going to take awhile, I guess."

[Kyrian]

Aramir sighs as he rolls over.

[wxdruid]

Rain silently creeps up on him and pounces.

[Kyrian]

Aramir yowls and falls out of the tree. He shadow jumps to the ground and growls playfully up at Rain.

[wxdruid]

Rain lashes her tail and jumps on him.

[Kyrian]

Aramir rolls so that when Rain lands on him, he's grinning up at her. He nips at her neck.

[wxdruid]

Aramir sees the tip of her tail disappear, as she takes off into the woods.

[Kyrian]

Aramir shadow jumps up into the trees, where he takes off after her.

[wxdruid]

Rain listens for him as she runs.

[Kyrian]

Aramir makes no noise as he leaps from branch to branch, speeding up to catch Rain.

[wxdruid]

Rain twists and turns through the trees as she silently runs.

[Kyrian]

Aramir lets out a loud growl, then shadow jumps to a farther tree, away from the noise.

[wxdruid]

Rain twitches her tail but continues to run.

[Kyrian]

Aramir leaps at Rain from the tree.

[wxdruid]

He leaps and bowls her over in the grass, she purrs as she playfully attacks him.

[Kyrian]

Aramir purrs and playfully swats at her.

[wxdruid]

She gently grabs his paw in her jaws and purrs

[Kyrian]

Aramir purrs and licks her ears.

[wxdruid]

She lets go of his paw, Meadow at Gwen's house?

[Kyrian]

Aramir leans down and playfully takes Rain's neck in his mouth. He then shadow jumps them away.

[Vespe Ratavo]

Vespe walks into the woods. He finds a nice spot and starts meditating. He begins to float. There is a sign on his chest that says "Please do not mess with the meditating elf."

Vespe wakes up and leaves.

[B-Man]

Kain appears to be fully engulfed in flames as the NPC continues to douce the, now, out of control fire in the 25-foot area surrounding them.

[inside Kain's mind]
Kain takes a near fatal blow to his chest as Dark Kain jumps back. You are too weak to live, Kain. Let me live for you! Dark Kain lunges at Kain, but is quickly hit backwards.

Kain is seen panting labourously, sword still in hand. I'll end this now! He dashes quickly toward Dark Kain and stabs him through the heart. You're finished.

Dark Kain howls in pain and his body disperses and is absorbed into Kain.

[back in reality]
The flames that surrounded Kain suddenly vanish. The NPC looks away from the fires briefly and notes that Kain is no-longer on fire.

"I see that you were able to defeat the evil in you." he says.
Yes, and it wasn't easy.
The NPC waves his hand and the rest of the fires extinguish.
Thank you for your help.
"No problem, now I can rest in peace..." the NPC replies as his form begins to fade.
Wait! Who are you?
"Just someone who wanted to protect you..." the NPC says as he winks out of existance.

That was odd. Kain says after awhile as he collapses where he is and falls instantly asleep.

[Atreyu the Masked LLama]

*the llama comes trotting out of the woods, not whistling like he usually does, but seems kinda serious. He gallops at a quick pace towards Town.*

[Admiral One]

Salner and 4 vikings arive at the edge of the woods. They begin cutting down a few trees and loading them onto the cart, taking off the branches in the process.

[DarkHunter]

As soon as Ikzi-Bashok reaches the edge of the woods, he casts a spell and sinks into the ground.

[Admiral One]

Salner and his crew pack up and head back towards town.

[Vespe Ratavo]

Vespe walks into the woods. He is carrying a box.Yes. This place shall do. He walks past into the dark woods. The sky over where he walked in goes red and is soon overcast by dark clouds, and the sound of thunder is heard.

[Takehiko the Marooned]

A boy with green hair runs through the woods, stopping when he reaches a gnarled tree. He hides in a hole where the roots extend a bit above the earth

Aesa flies out into the woods and realizes that she has lost him. With a frown she casts Discern Location to try and find him.

The boy seems to be quite a bit of the way into the woods, hiding beneath a tree.

[AmberVael]

Aesa smirks and silences the air around her, then also turns herself invisible as she flies directly to the tree.

The boy hides well; he'd be almosst impossible to spot without some sort of magic help. He remains completly still... One would question if he is even breathing...

Aesa chuckles silently, then turns incoporeal and floats down right beside him and lets her silence and invisibility spells drop. Boo.

The boy flings a flurry of shuriken at Aesa before trying to bolt again

[AmberVael]

About half of the shuirkens simply pass through Aesa, and a few more seem to swerve away from her, but the remaining ones score along her arms, leaving nasty gashes that bleed incorporeal blood. She hisses and catches up to him, then places a Prismatic Sphere around them both.

The boy simply leaps through the sphere, then screams in pain when he's fully through the barrier

Aesa winces as goes after him, unaffected by her own magic, and casts a Hold Monster on him. Damn it all, you were supposed to stop when you saw that spell.

the boy seemed to have been still crawling away, even after the massive damage dealt to him. He freezes in his tracks after the spell is cast

[AmberVael]

Aesa drops her other spells (besides Hold Monster) with a sigh and alights on the ground next to him, then uses her quite powerful ring to heal him completely. Ok, so maybe I can work on tact, but I did not mean you any harm.

The boy's face seems to be something in between fear and rage. If his voice wasn't under the hold spell right now, he'd probably be screaming in fury.

[AmberVael]

Aesa frowns at him. You're going to run again if I get rid of that spell though... She snaps her fingers and a rope appears. I'm sorry about this, but I really need answers. She ties him tightly, taking her time to make sure she gets it right, then dismisses her spell.

The boy struggles, attempting to wriggle free of the bonds. He even tries squirming away on the ground while trying to loosen the ropes.

[AmberVael]

Look, if you would calm down I would not even need to put ropes around you. So I freaked out back there- well hey, I never expected to see you. Hell, for all I knew you were dead, or never existed. All I've seen of you and your family are pictures...

The boy doesn't seem to be listening, slipping his hands free and beggining to undo the ones on his legs, crawling away faster now

[AmberVael]

Aesa looks at him and sighs. Look, I can just freeze you in place again, but I would really rather not. Just humor me and I'll let you run off after I'm done, ok?

The boy yells something at her in undercommon, then springs away and begins running again.

[AmberVael]

Aesa sends three small jets of force at him that should hurt a only a little, but might knock him to the ground. Damn it! I don't want to hurt you! For Hiko's sake if not your own.

The boy hits the dirt. He doesn't get up.

[AmberVael]

Aesa quickly goes over to him and checks his pulse.

He's still alive, but near unconsiousness. He growns, looking up at Aesa lazily. He squints. ... Mommy?

[AmberVael]

Aesa shudders, biting back some emotion, and picks him up in her arms, not answering his question. She teleports them to her plane.

[McBish]

McBish and Natile have been spending some time exploring the woods. They found a small waterfall and a beautiful clearing. McBish caught a rabbit and had cooked it for the two of them, showing Natalie how he does so. They are sitting around admiring the view when McBish doubles over in pain. He passes out as Natalie is searching for the medacine. "No not yet, please I'm not ready." She rushes over to him and checks his pulse she holds him close to her.

After a couple of minutes McBish's eyes open up. Sorry about that. I guess we should probably head back. Natalie just holds him and nods. She helps him up and they head to the Town. McBish leans heavily on Natalie.

The cultists of the Dark leave Gwen's house through the back and walk through the woods.

Drake walks with the cultists, anonymous in a hooded black cloak.

[Atreyu the Masked LLama]

*Atreyu walks among the cultists, not quite so anonymously despite his efforts. He stays close to one hooded figure, in particluar if possible.*

Gwen walks, in a long black hooded cloak, next to the LLama, balancing two packs on his back.

[Kenyon]

Kenyon follows behind the others, doing the black-cloak thing.

The procession proceeds into the deep woods.

Drake follows along.

[Destro_Yersul]

Destro runs into the woods, grinning like a madman. Black flame engulfs his fists, and he laughs as he runs.

[McBish]

McBish follows not looking as happy, he just hope he doesn't have a heart attack before he reaches where ever they are going.

[Timberwolf]

The tidgy assassin sisters follow Destro, who is not hard to see. Snowraven readies her guns while Nighstar roots in her bag.

[Saurous]

Saurous appears in a burst of black light. The light this time turns into a deep fire, scorching the area around the teleport area.

Curses, I was hoping not to leave a trace...

Saurous sees Destro running along, and ducks behind some bushes. After running past him, Saurous follows behind him silently.

[Atreyu the Masked LLama]

*Atreyu trots into the woods and towards Pxp's place*

*Sometime the next morning, he trots out and heads toward Town, smiling happily and wondering what to get for lunch*

[Blood]

A shadow slips into the Woods, angry. It begins meditating in a solitary area, looking for someone to possess and a way to keep the balance. Which seems unrealistically hard, in this Town.

A couple of dvati run through the woods and upon finding a particularly large tree decide to climb up it and hide.

Oskar walks quietly through the woods, minding his own business, singing in nothing more than a whisper;

The zergling follows along, holding what looks like a mutilated rabbit in it's mouth.

[Trog]

Out in the woods a lone black Llama strides against the wind, shivvering in the cold. She stops and smells the air, ears twitching. It is much better air than the alleys of the slum that she had just come from. Not a creature can be seen or heard for miles around, save the occasional squirrel.

Aw screw this. This assignment bites.

The Llama trots back into town

[AmberVael]

A man with a dark green cape, a staff, and many odd items dangling off of his belt by small strings and leather bindings, walks through the forest. He hums merrily to himself, with an odd tune and strange lilt to his voice. Holding a red marked, black bound book in one hand, he makes his way into the streets.

[Chaotic Bob]

Tirre wakes up and nudges Terre. Terre rubs his eyes and they wander off through the woods.

[Atreyu the Masked LLama]

*Atreyu gallops through the woods, through a path he knows well, arriving at a house and stopping only as he gets to the door. Barely pausing to open it, he trots inside.*

The door opens wide for him but closes and locks itself as soon as he is inside.

[Blood]

The entity finally cracks. He ends his meditation and disappears, looking annoyed, but with a trace of worry. He will never be seen again.

[Atreyu the Masked LLama]

(Atreyu! Atreyu! My GM cancelled again! So I'm gonna have to RP you tonight instead. Time to leave the shack.)

*The llama walks out, looking annoyed at his player* "Did it occur to you that I don't want to come out. I was..."
(STOP! I don't wanna know.)
"....playing with Peck. weirdo player . Well, okay, so what's the plan?"
(Ummm... I don't know yet. Maybe I can finally run that plot I've been kicking around.)
"I'm in the middle of 2.5 plots right now already and you STILL haven't started on my story for Trog's book."
(This plot is a spin-off of one of those plots and I'm in the planning stages. Now lets go.)

*The llama trots off into town* "You've been planning for 2 months now." *he mutters under his breath.*

Alena flies over the woods, carrying McBish.

[McBish]

If your ever looking for a good place to have a picnic that waterfall *he points* is very nice. He seems to be enjoying this very much.

[wxdruid]

Really? I never really like going into wooded areas, to many plants to catch on my wings, she soars over the indicated waterfall.

[McBish]

I speant a long time in the woods, not these but still you get good at finding a good places in woods. This is great.

[wxdruid]

I'm glad you're enjoying your flight.

[McBish]

I have dreamed of doing this so many times before. It was nothing compared to the real thing.

[wxdruid]

Alena grins, There's nothing quite like flying, anywhere else you wish to go?

[McBish]

How about over the beach. He is very smily right now.

[wxdruid]

Okay, Alena banks into a turn and flies towards the beach.

[Chaotic Bob]

A small portal opens and after Rizzen walks through it closes. Rizzen summons 12 shadow elementals and moves into a shadowy area and tries to hide as he works his way back to Town.

[Silas]

Silas appears and uses his eyes to find Rizzen.

((Cybernetic Eyes: True Seeing, Detect Alignment))

[Chaotic Bob]

Rizzen notices Silas's arrival and weaves a few shadows into his body.
He whispers to the elementals: These police are irritating me, go into town and find some nice NPC's to kill in their sleep. Go!
Using his recently imbued shadow magic Rizzen begins to flicker (teleport) between various tree tops, making his way to Town from a different angle. He doesn't really care if Silas can see him right now.

[Silas]

Silas fires at Rizzen each time.

[Chaotic Bob]

Rizzen dodges most of them, but one slams into his back, yet again mostly absorbed by his shadow armor, he flies forward through several trees. He groans as he slams into a tree trunk.
A shadow elemental (one from the police station) slides up from the ground behind Silas and tries to drag him into the ground.

[Silas]

Silas growls as he is begun to be dragged down. But then he melts and slides away, reforming to fire once at Rizzen, and once at the shadow.

[Chaotic Bob]

The elemental makes a sound similar to a yelp and vanishes into the ground right before being shot.
Rizzen flickers below the tree as the top explodes from the blast of the shot. He continues to make his way to Town.

[Silas]

Silas chases after him, constantly firing.

[Chaotic Bob]

Trees explode behind Rizzen as he constantly flickers behind them to avoid shots. He's within sight of Trog's now.
The villain always returns to the scene of the crime...
He flickers into Trog's second floor.

[Silas]

Silas leaps up to the second story, and melts, sliding in through the cracks in the window.

[vegetable_sorbet]

three vaguely man-shaped, purple skinned creatures with thick grey hair in patches all over their bodies fly over the woods, eventually descending on a small, abandonned camp site.

Each creature has two leathery, bat-like wings spreading out from joins near the shoulders.
Their heads are small and round, with a massive, curved beaks full of sharp, jagged teeth.
They each wear leather straps with inch-long spikes protruding outwards on their wrists and ankles, and have long, clawed hands and feet.

It is quite clear that they are inherantly evil creatures, though by their behaviour, it is also clear that they are not that inteligent.

They tear the small camp apart, scavenging for food, then take roost up in the trees above.

Three soldiers in purple full-plate appear in flashes of purple light. They point mobile-phone-like devices at the three creatures, and press a button. a beam of light leaps from the devices and hits the creatures, which are immediately surrounded in a fine mesh of bright, solid energy. They fall from their trees, but vanish before they hit the ground.

The soldiers vanish in the same manner they arrived.
