Building Konami's Goemon in Pathfinder

With my most recent post of Impact, I remembered back to my childhood, playing Mystical Ninja, and having a wonderful bit of Nostalgia.

However, it got me thinking: How could someone build a Pathfinder equivalent to the titular Protagonist that keeps true to his abilities.

So here's the challenge: Using purely PF material, help me build Goemon, the Mystical Ninja

So here's what makes Goemon who he is:


Uses a modified Opium Pipe (Heavy Mace), and later one with a chain (Flail used like a Meteor Hammer)
Uses Ninjitsu
Can Go Super Saiyan (Rage?)
Throws Money at Problems (Literally. He can throw his money at enemies and later on, he throws Flaming Money)
Lightly Armored and Nimble
