Summoner Specific Build 3.5

I need help tweaking it to be correct and give me what I want. I want a ton of summoning, but I want them to be efficient. I need to pick some banned schools and a few more feats. My DM is also letting me make malconvoker a good prestige summoner rather than evil if I wish.

The malconvoker is already good, they just summon evil thing to fight other evil things.


Also you need augment summoning and spell focus conjuration IMO

Id only go into Thaumaturgist AFTER i got to where I needed to be with malconvoker ( usually around the doulbe your summons point malconcoker 5 i think) Becayse having 2 things a spell summoned instead of 1 is a lot more 'effeicient' than after all you get at malcovner 1 the same hint gyou get at thaumatrgist 3. You are going to get more bag for you buck if you finish out malcovker BEFORE going into thaumaturgist for 2 reasons

1 Improved calling nets you 2 more HD for your planar bindings which NOW you can use your thaumatugrist planar cohort to get a 20 HD cohort. not to shabby

2) You can summmong 2 whatevers you want ( as long as they evil) and now the last for ~ twice as long as normal

I cannot stress how much better it is to go Malconvoker before you go into thaumaturgist,

You should probably add on ashbound summoning (ECS, 50) because it's sweet.

Edit: Ashbound is apparently SNA only. Rashemi elemental summoning is still good times for everyone though.

I meant, malconvokers summons will be good, and all special class abilities will now reflect good creatures instead of evil.


Ok. Ill look over the class lineup and see exactly what you mean.

There are two challenges with switching the Malconvoker's abilities to focus on good creatures: first, the moral implications of binding good creatures to your service (or else foregoing bindings altogether, but they're among the best elements of a summoning build); and second, the fact that there are just a lot more evil outsiders than there are good.
