My character has a natural bite attack by virtue of the Hunger domain. At second level, can I attack with my weapon and my mouth in the same turn if I make a Full Attack?

Yes. Bite will always be treated as a secondary natural weapon, though, so -5 penalty.

Yes.

When making a full attack action you get to attack with either your primary natural attack (or attacks, hence 2x claw at full bonus in most monster entries) or a weapon at your full BaB, and it's a weapon you get extra attacks as normal. You then make attacks with all of your secondary natural weapons at your highest BaB with a -5 penalty (-2 with multiattack feat). So you can make as many weapon attacks as you are able and then follow up with a -5 penalty bite attack.

Yes, provided that you haven't made an attack with a weapon in your mouth already. If you have the multiattack feat (MM) then the penalty is reduced to -2 instead of -5 — this is probably not worth it for just one bite though.
