need help equiping cleric

So basically, we lost everything. We managed to survive, but now need to re-equip. Basically have about 400,000 gp worth of loot after we finished. Plan on nightsticks, Greater cloak of displacement, Ring of spell storing, but don't know from there. We are in Waterdeep, so many viable options. Character is lvl 12. Alignment is lawful evil, though I trick people into believing I am good.

A melee weapon? Ring of mind sheliding? Peridrot of wisdom?

You have 400k gp for your character, or the whole party has that much and it's getting split? How many characters is that going to be divided between?

Circlet of Rapid Casting (MIC) for 15,000 gp, with an Enhancement bonus to Wisdom added (MIC p234) price the same as a Periapt of Wisdom of equal bonus.
Standard Strand of Prayer Beads with the Bead of Smiting removed, DMG pricing puts it at 9,000 gp.
Lesser Metamagic Rod of Extend Spell (DMG) 3,000 gp.
Necklace of Adaptation (DMG) 9,000 gp.
