1) The feat basically has 2 or 3 feat taxes, depending on your POV, and only works with Unarmed Strikes AFAIK. Still, free damage is nice (does unarmed count as wielding your weapon with 2 hands?)

2) Does Tiger Pounce count as a Style feat itself? If so, does that mean an Unarmed Fighter (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/classes/core-classes/fighter/archetypes/paizo---fighter-archetypes/unarmed-fighter) can get Tiger Pounce at 1st level?

1. It's not worth it unless you can at least skip the middle feat (there's no way to skip the equally sucky Tiger Style feat itself, as far as I know, just get it as a bonus feat), which basically means dipping MoMS monk.

The benefits of the feat are not limited to unarmed only, which is the main saving grace. The Power Attack part works with any weapon; the pursuit ability only works for unarmed attacks or combat maneuvers (with or without any particular weapon).

2. Only the base feats actually have the "style" tag. Unarmed fighter has to choose among them for his bonus feat. MoMS specifically lets you get other feats in the chain.
