Lost an Ear

Character recently lost an ear, and I was wondering what is the easier/lowest level way of getting his ear back?

With psionics: Restore Extremity (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/psionic/powers/restoreExtremity.htm)

You might want to wait around for a second opinion though. Other posters on this board are likely to know an even better way.

Not sure if there's any built-in RAW way to have this happen (barring, perhaps, flesh to stone and then damage to the statue before restoration), so ways to reverse this are few and far between.

15th level healer can do so 1/day as a SLA, maybe hire one for like 12 seconds?

The Troll Blooded feat grants you regeneration at level 1, meaning you can regenerate lost body parts.
