What happens if you gain a natural attack that you already have?
ie Kitsune can give you a natural bite attack(1d4) and feral mutagen gives a bite attack(1d8) and two claw attacks(1d6).

You choose ONE to use, per applicable limb.
Per a FAQ (http://paizo.com/paizo/faq/v5748nruor1fn#v5748eaic9n88).

If you have 2 Bite attacks, but only 1 mouth, you only get 1 Bite attack.
If you had TWO mouths, then you'd get 2 Bite attacks.
Same with Claws. 1 Claw attack per arm.
[insert argument about "claws on feet", "arms not specifically required by the rules", "forum post by designer guy saying 'claws are arms only'", etc... here]

By RAW, you gain another bite and can make both in a full attack. RAI you probably just use the larger damage die.
