[3.5] Question about Skillpoints by -2 modifier.

Hey Guys,

I have a question that is bugging me to which I don't seem to find an answer.

One player in my campaign has an int mod. of -2 and plays fighter. So when he advances in level, does he gain 2 skillpoints default, can't he earn less than 1, or does he flat out not earn any skillpoints? :smallannoyed:

A character always gets at least 1 skill point per level (and at least 4 skill points at first level), regardless of how large his Intelligence penalty may be. This is stated on page 62 of the Player's Handbook, in the section on Acquiring Skill Ranks.
