Truenamer Dragonborn Question

Has anyone successfully combined the Truenamer and Dragonborn's Shouts into a workable Homebrew?

I have been researching the Truenamer and yes its a dumb class but the flavor is enough to keep me interested. But I would love to see a version of it worked out with some of the other homebrews but adding on the Words of Power from Shouts added on as well. Maybe replace utterances as offensive powers supplemented by Shouts

Edit: I could see adding shouts and the like, maybe altering invocations into Utterances and the others to make a full 9th level caster class.
