So last week, my place of work had a pizza party, and as such there were 2L containers of Dr Pepper and Gingerale.
I put the Gingerale in the fridge, and pour myself a fresh cold fizzy glass of Dr Pepper.

Right after I pour out the glass and have a sip, this guy walks into my office.
And he stinks.
He stinks of all the bad things.
He smells of death, body odor, rotting food, rotting garbage, mold, poop, welding fumes, pot fumes, and on top of all that, he probably smoked a few packs a day.
I am sad to report that I dealt with this person for about 15 minutes. It was extremely unpleasant. My eyes were stinging, my nose was pretty angry with me after that.

Well, he eventually left. So I go back to my Dr Pepper.
And something looks wrong.
Where is the fizz?
And why does it look like it has a film on top?
I chucked it out, found a clean glass and poured another one, sure enough the fresh one was normal.

Take a moment and let this sink in.
The man had a stench powerful enough to curdle Dr Pepper.
Just imagine that for a moment.

I'm pretty sure I managed to nat 20 that fort save.

To be fair to the guy, Dr Pepper has an annoying tendency to go flat incredibly quickly in my experience. Fifteen minutes out of the bottle sounds like plenty of time for it to have gone flat to me.

Doesn't excuse the rest of it at all because damn, that's nasty. At least that part is a deficiency on Dr Pepper's part.
