With spell clutch, if you prepare a 1st level spell with meta magic feats attached, as long as reducers keep it no higher than 1st level do you get the advantage of the modifiers twice?

As far as I can tell, as long as it occupied a 1st level spell slot (with metamagic reducers) at the time it was prepared, it can be recalled with Spell Clutch. If it was metamagicked spontaineously (such as with Versatile Spellcaster, Sudden X, etc) it is not a "prepared" 1st level spell.

This would allow you to get an extra use/day out of Metamagic School Focus, though. Not sure if it has any cool uses other than that, though.

Assuming you mean "does it have the metamagic applied when it's reprepared?" Yes.

The spell is then prepared again, just as if it hadn't been cast.
