I have the core rulebook, MM, and Inner Sea World Guide so it might be elsewhere and I don't know. The Duelist entry in (my set at least) the Core Rules say under what circumstances it works but not what it does. Anyone know?

It's a teamwork feat, so unless you're an inquisitor you need a teammate to take it too. When flanking with another person that has this feat (or just flanking at all as an Inquisitor), you deal an extra 1d6 damage which is treated as precision damage [like sneak attack]. It's a decent one to pick up as one of your Inquisitor bonus feats, but otherwise not worth it IMO.

He means the Duelist Class feature, not the Feat.

Precise Strike (Ex)
A duelist gains the ability to strike precisely with a light or one-handed piercing weapon, adding her duelist level to her damage roll.

It's basically "sneak attack" but only 1 point of damage per level of Duelist.
