The feat "greater flyby attack" allows a full action to attack every target in a line. Is there something similar for ground/charging attacks?

Whirlwind Attack
That's not in a line or movement, that's just within reach.

Oh, line attacks. Best I can think of is the Whirling Blade spell. It's a spell though so it might not be of use. Well, there are always wand chambers, so it could be.

Dervish Dance could be used like this. Spring Attack with the additional feats from PHB2 (Bounding Assault, Rapid Blitz) allows something like it, but that's sinking 4+ bad feats into making it work.

The third level vestige Paimon from Tome of Magic gets a move + attacks ability similar to a Dervish.
Trample is similar, but I do not know of any way to get it on a PC short of being a shape changer or animal handler.
War Hulk (Miniatures Handbook) gets a limited ability to attack multiple squares.
Karmic Strike / Robilar's Gambit and run across the battlefield?
Refluff the Lightning Leap spell (Complete Mage)?

Great Flyby Attack from Savage Species only allows you to attack a number of targets up to your Dex bonus, not 'every target' you pass.
Archery has the feat Penetrating Shot in PH2. You get a single standard-action shot that can hit everything in a 60-foot line. Anything that adds extra dice of damage (Sneak Attack, Skirmish, Flaming, etc.) only applies to the first target.
Melee can use the spell Whirling Blade (SC), a 2nd level Transmutation which allows you to make a single melee attack against each creature in a 60-foot line without actually moving. You could add Sculpt Spell to it and make it a 120-foot line, a 20-foot-radius spread, a 40-foot cone, or four 10-foot squares.
