Being able to throw a mountain around, and hit everyone and have it return to you, is a great skill, but what flaws or weakness does it have compared to a usual thrower build?

It's not a Full Caster?

3 levels are also a fairly big investment, and make a melee character a thrower, but it doesn't really make a Throwing character any better (or worse) than what they're already capable of doing/being.

It doesn't advance maneuvers, either, of which you need a few to qualify. So that's something.

(Also, the "throwing a mountain" thing is Hulking Hurler)

What are you calling "a usual thrower build," CyberDrag? I presume it references some specific combination of PrCs, but both Master Thrower and Hammer of Moradin - the pre-ToB usual suspects in thrower build discussions - are both rendered fairly niche in most discussions I've seen since ToB came out.

What's the baseline you're using for comparison?

It doesn't advance maneuvers.

Which means at higher levels, it's actually inferior at throwing things than a straight classed Warblade, because Lightning Throw >> anything Bloodstorm Blade can do. Among all the other things you miss out on from loss of maneuver/stance progression.
