I hav'nt cast the barrier yet though. But seeing as how my hadoken shouldn't have reached here yet, AND that it can't talk, that must have been an illusion. And besides, as long as it doesn't detonate, you just have to avoid it, like by staying in the barrier I'm about to cast. Which I proceed to finish casting now, which creates an impenatrable barrier (things I choose can go in and out) Can anyone here besides me cast permanancy on this barrier? I want to go back to my own, self made demi-plain, to get some spell components to destroy some nacho troops, so if anyone can cast permanancy, speak now, 'cause I have better spells to waste exp on.

Mrs. Fields Soft & Chewy Peanut Butter Cookies


2 C all-purpose flour
1/2 t. baking soda
1/4 t. salt
1 1/4 C white sugar
1 1/4 C brown sugar
1 C salted butter, softened
3 large eggs
1 C creamy peanut butter
2 t. pure vanilla extract

Yield: 3 1/2 dozen

Preheat oven to 300°F.

In a medium bowl combine flour, soda and salt. Mix well with a whire whisk. Set aside.

In a large bowl blend sugars using an electric mixer set at medium speed. Add butter and mix to form a grainy paste, scraping the sides of the bowl. Add eggs, peanut butter and vanilla, adn mix at medium speed until light and fluffy.

Add the flour mixture and mix at low speed until just mixed. Do not overmix.

Drop by rounded tablespoons onto an ungreased cookie sheet, 1 1/2" apart. With a wet fork gently pres a crisscross pattern on top of the cookies. Bake for 18-22 minutes until cookies are slightly brown along edges. Transfer cookies immediately to cool surface with a spatula.

As a variation, add 2 cups coarsely chopped semisweet chocolate bar or 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips to the flour mixture, then bake as directed.

1. Preheat oven to 350°. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper. Make filling:With an electric mixer, beat cream cheese and butter until smooth.Add sugar and lemon juice; beat until combined. Cover; chill until firm, at least 30 minutes. 2. Meanwhile, make cookies: In a large bowl, whisk together butter, sugars, and egg yolk. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, ginger, and salt. Add flour mixture to butter mixture; stir until combined. Mix in oats, carrots, and currants. 3. Drop dough by level tablespoons, 2 inches apart, onto prepared baking sheets. Flatten with the palm of your hand. Bake until edges are crisp, rotating baking sheets halfway through, 15 to 18 minutes. Transfer cookies to a wire rack to cool. 4. Turn half the cookies over, bottom side up; dollop each with about 1 teaspoon chilled cream-cheese filling.Top with remaining cookies, pressing gently to spread filling to edges. Serve immediately. Note: The cookies are also good (and have fewer calories) without the lemony cream-cheese filling.
