Can "Dashing Swordsman" be a starter class? What are the stats and requirements?

It's a prestige class, so, no. It can't be a starting class, unless you start at a level other than 1st (Most likely needed to be 6+). There is no "official" stats and requirements for the class, though this thread (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showthread.php?t=29882)has some speculation.
