[3.5] Is there a way to wield natural weapons as if there were manufactured weapons

A few years ago, I played a character that was a half-monster. She had claws that could be retracted. I was able to talk the DM at that time to allow the character to wield her claws as manufactured weapons. I went Ranger with the character to TWF with both claws, using Greater Magic Fang wands to get enhancement bonus.

So, is it possible to duplicate that without resorting to houserules or homebrews?

For what purpose? You mean just so you can TWF and get iterative attacks? Is there a specific synergy you're looking for?
