Breath weapon and arcane spell casting advancment?

Is there anway outside of gestalt to advance sorcerer spell casting and a breath weapon granting class? Preferably Dragonshaman, but dragonfire adept is acceptable and would probably be easier to do. Bonus points if you can get it with a decent sized hit die and better than poor bab. :smallsmile: Yes, I want it all :smallsmile:

Well, Dragonborn advance it with HD and that's just a race, so something as simple as Dragonborn Sorcerer will do it. Now just pick any gish Sorcerer build and you'll get exactly what you want.

See if you can get an adaptation of Eldritch Theurge in CM. Its prerequisites would be changed from Eldritch Blast 2d6 to Breath Weapon 2d6, and it would change all the Eldritch Essence class features to Breath Effect class features instead. From there just reflavor everything to draconic-themed instead of fiend-themed.
