help building a save or suck wizard.....

I have played a Shadow craft mage, also played an incanatrix. I mostly did battlefield control, and debuff. Now I am toyimg around with this. Thinking diviner to get the acf prescience, also spell focus would make it harder to save. Heighten spell to raise the spell level. I am looking for all the tricks to make it hard to resist my spells. I know its not the optimal build, but just something to have fun with.

Looking at this, I am thinking deviner with spontaneous divination acf as well as prescience to ad int mod to spell level a number of times a day. Spell focus enchantment and conjeration also to add to those spell levels as a lot of necromancy seem to be rays. Maybe get heighten spell and chain spell though I may get meta magic rods? Any other ideas? I want to concentrate on debuffing and targeting opponents weakest saves. Evocation will be dropped school and character will be lawful evil most likely.
