What can you do in a Magic Jar?

What can you do in a Magic Jar? If I had to guess I'd say cast componentless spells, manifest psionics, and use vestige abilities. But I was wondering if this was actually answered anywhere.

It'd be especially interesting if you're an Anima Mage bound to Malphas. Can you still see through the Raven while in the crystal? That should make targeting a lot easier.

As far as I can tell, the only thing you're allowed to do in the jar is look around and try to possess bodies based on their life force.
