What kind of spell progession would you give to the lifedrinker? Full, 7/10, or 5/10?

It is a casting focused PRC who's prereqs require a hefty LA. I would make it 10/10 and consider the vampire LA as enough of an entry cost to offset the bonuses for any caster.
