Can spiritual weapon be used to block a doorway? Or stop a large creature from passing through a 10 ft hallway?

No. It can't flank, for one thing, and it can't be attacked physically, for another. Finally, there's nothing that prevents moving into the space of a floating weapon; it's not even a creature, and it's not on the ground, so it doesn't cause difficult terrain or require a bullrush or similar to move out of the way.

It would share the space briefly, and then on your next turn move back.
