LF ways to gain Wing Attacks

Is there anyway to gain wing attacks on a half-dragon human that has Dragon Wings and Improved Dragon wings?

There's a Totemist soulmeld from Dragon Magazine relating to Chaos Rocs (Chaos Roc's Span, IIRC) which gives non-lethal damage just from being shaped and then does lethal damage once bound to, IIRC, the shoulder chakra. But that's not with your wings from the feat.

There's also the Buffeting Wings draconic graft which, IIRC, gives wing attacks, but, again, would just involve cutting off your existing wings and putting these in their place or possibly just adding an extra set of wings on. From Races of the Dragon.
