Spam threads in arts and crafts

I was wondering why it takes so long for spam threads in the arts and crafts forum to get taken care of sometimes. For example there are a batch of them that haven't been deleted or moved yet from Tuesday still there. Is it just a low priority section of the site?

Because there are only a few mods and they're on a volunteer basis. On top of dealing with other reports, other spam ads to get rid of and general moderation they're stretched thin.

If you see spam threads still up, just report them (again, if you already have). All reports for a single post go into a thread in a mods-only section of the form, so all you're doing is adding another post to said thread if it's already been reported or bringing it to their attention if it hasn't.
