I'm located in PSN Asia region, but I want to purchase a DLC available only on PSN NA store. I figure since my region's games are also English, it should be compatible. I'm willing to risk the $3.00 to try.
I made a PSN USA account easily enough, using my valid USA mailing address. I can browse the PSN NA store with no problems.
I then inputted my valid USA credit card. Seems okay. But when I tried to actually put funds in, it keeps displaying an error. I don't get it. If an error would pop up at any step, I would think it would be when I try to purchase the DLC from PSN NA store while being located in Asia.
Does anyone have any experience with making multiple PSN accounts and running into (and resolving) similar types of problems?
