CLASS FEATURES
Soul Binding: At each willing vessel level, your soulbinding ability improves as if you had also gained a level in the binder class. Thus, your demon binder levels and binder levels stack for the purpose of determining your bonus on binding checks, the effectiveness of your vestige-granted abilities, your ability to bind higher-level vestiges, and the number of vestiges you can bind. You do not, however, gain any other benefit a binder would have gained.
Bind Outsider (Su): Upon becoming a willing vessel, you become able to bind an outsider in the same manner as you would a vestige. In order to bind an outsider, you must meet the following prerequisites;

Your alignment must match the alignment subtype of the outsider. In the absence of an alignment subtype along an axis (Good-Evil, Law-Chaos) treat it as neutral along that axis, for example a creature with only the evil subtype requires you to be neutral evil to bind. You may not bind any outsider of the native subtype.
For the purposes of determining effective vestige level, treat as the maximum vestige level you could bind at the outsider's effective level (HD + LA). For example, for the purposes of soul binding a Bebilith would be treated as a 6th level vestige.
You may not bind an outsider as a vestige if it's effective level is higher than 4 times your willing vessel level. For example, in order to bind a Hound Archon (Effective level 11), you must have at least 3 levels in willing vessel.

When binding an outsider, you acquire access to all of the outsider's supernatural abilities. For the purposes of using them, if they rely on a mental ability score then it depends upon your charisma score, if it relies on a physical ability score, then it depends upon your constitution. If you would gain a supernatural ability based on a natural attack you do not possess, then you gain the corresponding natural attack for a creature of your size for as long as the outsider is bound. For the purpose of determining binding DC, add 10 to the outsider's wisdom score. The sign of an outsider bound to you is that you take on a single physical trait of the outsider. The influence of an outsider bound to you manifests as any predominant personality trait corresponding with that particular outsider.

A nice concept that would be more appropriate as level substitutions for the binder. However what I have in my head goes beyond the scope of prestige classes.

Bebilith as a 6th level bind (by the way the formula is unclear, as some outsiders have listed LA and some don't), gives you a nerfed planeshift (static caster level), telepathy and Damage reduction 10/good.
A lantern archon (far weaker than a bebilith) gives Aura of menace, damage reduction 10/evil and magic, Magic Circle against Evil, Teleport at will and Tongues. This is just not scalable in terms of power (and that just with core outsiders).

Im afraid I cannot argue with any of that. Conceptually, I drew upon the adaptation listed for binders and was initially was going to just conver the demonbinder (Drow of the Underdark) into a binder PrC. In any case, balancing of this would require a more elaborate formula or actually sitting down and converting any/all outsiders into the vestage format.
