How to build a buffable fighter?

How to build a single-class human fighter (of any level) who is optimized for buffing? Let's imagine the fighter is going to adventure with a wizard, cleric and a psion (all are at the same level) who are able to buff the fighter. The fighter just needs to be optimized for the buffs.

For instance, the feat Spectral Skirmisher is a must.

All official material except ToB is available.

Edit: No epic level. Let's set the maximum level at 15 or so...
