A strictly academic question.

What all provides "an increase in effective level as if you had also gained a level in a class to which you belonged before adding the (prestige class) level."?

Legacy Champion and Uncanny Trickster, off the top of my head. Probably at least one more, though.

Yes, I'm familiar with those. I was hoping there were others.

I will note that bloodlines increase effective levels, but not advancement (Like an increase to caster level but not spells known or spells per day)
