If you're going to be a Wilder... Why Roll anything else, ever? At all? It makes no logical sense.

Immune to daze, start the game with leadership, +6 charisma, and etc etc... Wilde Surge everything *all the time*.
At worst you'll just lose a few power points now and again.

Couple the above with the number of games that ban or discourage Leadership, and you've got several good reasons not to.
