... without Captain Hook?

Yes, dear friends, it is time once more for another exciting build thread.

As you may recall, in my last two (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showthread.php?t=307217) endeavors (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showthread.php?t=308622), you helped me build a couple of truly exceptional heroes. (Thanks, by the way!)

This time, we're going to try something a little more... seasonally appropriate.

As the title of the thread may suggest, I was recently inspired by the eponymous antagonist of the film Hook (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0102057/). I have decided, as much for entertainment as for use, that I would like to make a deliciously, affably, extravagantly evil character. And I would love your help!

As always, the rules.
Sources are 3.5, first-party only. No homebrews, no third party, etc. The usual.
Alignment is LE. Not snooty-evil, but "my-word-is-my-bond" evil. Somewhere between James Hook and an evil Dread Pirate Roberts. Honorable, obsessed with good form, but fun, playful, affably wicked.
Any race/templates are allowed, with the following exceptions: +0 LA only, and nothing chaotic. (Sorry, Fey, tonight's not your night.)
Any class, but it must have a melee component. ToB classes are fine, Duskblades and Bards are fine, Clerics are fine, core Wizard is right out.
He must be charming. Charisma is a plus. This is a character who will be utterly pleasant as he negotiates with a blacksmith ("I think I can offer you something far more valuable than gold. How about the life of your daughter?") or teaches the little children of the village to cheer the villain and jeer the hero. ("And who's your favorite murderer? That's right!")
He must be cunning. This is somebody who plans, elaborately. Somebody who can handle himself in a fight, but generally doesn't have to. Obviously, Int or Wis couldn't hurt.
Although the prompt suggests a swashbuckler, I wouldn't object to other archetypes.

You'll also note, no doubt, that this build is more flavorful, more open-ended than the other two. That's deliberate. I want to see what you envision when you picture the character. Cut loose, open up, and most of all, have fun with evil!

Pick up your pencils, and... begin!
