Template to give aquatic creature a land speed

Is there such a thing? If so, where can I find it? I want land sharks and land octopi for an aquatic elf wizard's maniacal experiments.

I don't think so. The Amphibious template in Stormwrack goes Land -> Swim, but not the other way around. I think the best way to give an aquatic creature a land speed would be the Anthropomorphic Animals in Savage Species. Only works for animals, but the stats for land sharks and land octopi are right there in black and white.
