truenamer (3.5/3.0)

as people have no doubt noticed, i've been trying to make a character, and have gone from one insane idea to the next, my current idea is a straight truenamer (start at level 7, no LA/RHD)

i was wondering what feats/skills/items/etc to get (standard wbl)

Do you consider the Necropolitan Level loss to be LA? How many dirty tricks (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showpost.php?p=11778933&postcount=8) do you want to use?
