So I have not been able to access the monsteradvancer (www.monsteradvancer.com) website in some time. If it has a new webadress or any1 knows another tool like it I could sure use the help.

I was able to access it just now.

Looks like the advancer is back up, but I'll drop a link to my monster builder (http://dspeyer.dyndns.org/monster_builder.html), which can load existing monsters, and then take stuff like extra hit dice and size and adjust things accordingly.
