So this a two part question, first part where are all the epic PRC located? I know there are some in the Epic players handbook obviously and there are some in one of the dragon books but i beleive they are all dragon only requirements, are their others?
Second part what PRC aren't very good as written but could be fixed simply by lowering the requirements. Ive already made a change to legendary dreadnaught he seems fair as a lv.9 prc not as an epic one. Any other classes you feel are like this?

Fochlucan Lyrist (http://www.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/ex/20050107a&page=2) wants you to have like 3 base classes. :smalltongue:

Well, let me know if this helps.

Big List of every Spellcasting Base+PrC Class (http://www.minmaxboards.com/index.php?topic=5044.msg73050#msg73050).

Should help you to compare what they give you. I even listed the estimated starting level before you can take a PrC.

Yeah, it's trying to emulate the AD&D druid I think?

Actually more like the AD&D (1st edition) bard.

The Magelord (http://www.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/ex/20050202a&page=2) PrC is pretty cool, but impossible (or at least nearly so) to finish pre-epic.

These things would be slightly more reasonable if Divine Oracle qualified. But nooooo, it has to grant super-evasion instead.

Right, that. Could not remember which of them was the ridiculous prestige classes.

The Bladesinger. Big bunch of requirements for a sub-par class.
Shame, because the fluff is nice...

Verdant Lord requires an 8th level spell to qualify. Hiwever that is due to 3.0 to 3.5 messing around with spell names.

what level was it supposed to be?

It required the character be able to cast Control Plants (originally a 5th level spell), which is now an 8th level spell, so ECL16 entry, rather than ECL11.

The stupid thing is, Command Plants was the 8th level spell, and in the 3.5 reshuffle, Control Plants and Command Plants simply changed name with each other; the 3.5 Control Plants has the effect of the 3.0 Command Plants and vice versa.

Hmm, I'll have to note that in my book, it sounds more like a bureaucratic oversight than intentional.
