Anyone know of a random room generator or any system to 'flesh out' rooms? I always have a tough time decorating but I want to add some depth to my dungeons.

There are a few things out on the web. Sorry, I don't recall their addresses off the top of my head.

You can always use the charts in the DMG and other books. If you are handy with Access or Excel or something you can throw it all into that program and have it randomly throw things together. You'll still have to edit the output so it makes some sense.

WoTC had a nifty barrel and crate generator I've used on occasion.
