Recipes for a Low Potassium diet

My dad had a chart for what had high and low potassium once. I remember he ate chicken tempo at the time I think (among other things)? Use a pressure cooker, add pieces of chicken, potatoes, peas, tomatoes, onions, might be forgetting some stuff?
